I've never seen an architect and a contractor at work renovating an apartment in Jerusalem before. This was a very small apartment of about 500 ft. Since property in Israel is very expensive, even such a small apartment is very valuable. The people who bought it wanted it completely renovated and Michelle came up with the design to open it up and the contractor and the builders are busy trying to put that into practice.
