During the Israeli War of Independence, the Syrian Army was shooting at Kibbutz Ein Gev from this area. James told the story of a brave member of the kibbutz who snuck up the mountain and chased away the Syrian soldiers.

You can see evidence of the pagans the Jews the Christians and the Muslims all in one archaeological site. But there aren't like 25 levels but rather just a handful. Nevertheless it was not easy for me to fully grasp the history of the site.
