I forgot to buy spices until the very last minute but I fortunately had a little bit of time on the very last day in Tel Aviv so I walked to Shuk Carmel. There I ran into this stall run by a guy who called himself Sasoon. I'm not sure if that's his first name or last name. Anyway I got about a dozen bags of different types of spices and they were all delicious. Next summer I will get a lot more of some of the rice mixes which had Raisins and Almonds and all sorts of good things in them
